More than not you will get a more affordable and friendlier service when using your local carpet retailer, not to mention a personalized service which is hard to come by.

Many customers feel they are getting cheaper carpet prices and good customer service or even a guarantee because they are well-known or advertise on the television. But this really is not the case. Then they do a measure and based on which carpet you choose they give you a price and negotiate with you. This kind of service is more up front and face to face on the day and if you want to think about it just take your time and get back to them. At least you have what you asked for on paper and you are not having to chase any one for quotes that they said they would get to you by a certain time and they don't, it's a much quicker and cleaner way of customer service with no hidden agenda.    

So always remember get a quote from the smaller carpet retailer as well as a large one so you can compare the service and prices. I can assure you, you will not be disappointed with your small local friendly carpet man!
