I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent service we received from you both this week. Gordon and I have been extremely impressed by the whole experience. We are very happy that we took Adrian' advice on the colour, as the rooms look great. The time from calling, quote and laying the carpet was also very prompt, and fitted in with our needs. On the day, Adrian and Trent arrived early and worked extremely hard to finish the work in one day.
Dealing with the business owners from beginning to end is a far better experience than dealing with a salesman, big chain and contract carpet installers.
Not only did we find your company professional, but Adrian is a delightful person to work with. I am sure your business will continue to go from strength to strength with the positive, friendly and professional service you both give to your customers.
